"I've been with State Farm for many years & I'm very satisfied & happy with them. I first insured my 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix & now my 2010 Subaru Legacy is also insured with them. When I first went to State Farm to get information on my first car, a representative (Marivel) help me with what full coverage would intake on that car & went over all the coverage I would have, so I went ahead & had her get everything in order to have my car insured. Then again when I got my second car, again Marivel helped me with getting that car insured. I have no complaints what so ever with State Farm. When I'm not sure or understand something on my coverage, I will always call & ask for Marivel & if she is not avalible, then another representative will help me. The representatives that I have had help from are very knowledgeable & friendly, but when I go into their place of business I do see Marivel & today 5-3-24 I had a appointment with her, so she could explain why the ratewere going ups & explained everything on my policy. She came out of her office & greeted me with a very big smile & I sure was glad & happy to see her again. Even though my policy rate has changed to a higher price, I am staying with Sate Farm to continue to insure my car. Also every year I receive a birthday card which really touches my heart. Thank you State Farm for your business & a very special THANKS to Marivel. Asley was very helpful & me inputting my new MC in so my payments would come out automatically. Very friendly & cheerful. My reaction to Asley was how concerned she was in what I needed."

"When you first call state farm, I hope everyone else gets Ashley for a receptionist. We bonded over having the same name. She is funny from the start of the call. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her opening line continues with " I could use some ice cream". Its a unique way to have customers relaxed while they figure out who they need to talk to. The conversation was the perfect balance of fun and professional at the same time. This is one of the best conversations ive had. I hope I get her on the line every time!"
